Merry Christmas & Happy New Year

We hope everybody had a fantastic Christmas. It sure was here and gone before you knew it.I was glad to have a few days off of work to relax and enjoy the holiday season.

The new year is coming up quick. We are looking forward to lots of exciting events in our life! A WEDDING, WHAT MORE COULD I WANT??



I have been thinking of a new years resolution, but I am not sure what yet. I can pick the obvious such as loosing weight, saving money, etc but I want to come up with something good.



I will let you know what I come up with.

The safe the dates are DONE!!!!

Jeff took them to the postoffice this afternoon. I am sad that they only had stupid stamps.
We were both reminded this week by my mother that there is only 27 weeks to go. Jeff got brownie points with mom and I manged to loose some with Jeff. I responded Holy Crap to my mom. :) Holy Crap because I gotta get moving.

All in a week

A recap of the past week-

Saturday I went shopping with Deana and found THE DRESS!!!!! I loved it so much I purchased the dress and am in love. This is the dress I found with my mom and Pam. I could not get it out of my mind, so I returned for another look and now its mine.

Jeff spent what seemed to be 48 hours hunting. It was opening weekend so I can not complain.

I woke up Monday morning to a lovely sore throat and all the good stuff that goes along with a cold. I went to the Dr and I will survice.

The dryer took a dump. So off to Sears we went to bring home a dryer that they had in stock in Mishawaka. To our surprise they did not have it in stock and it must be ordered. ugh!

By Wednesday Jeff was lucky enough to get sick as well. Sorry honey!!!!!

I went to the laundrymat this evening to wash some towels. That was fun. I saw the following--
people making out, a girl with no underware on, a girl eating ramen noodles, and some weird people.

After a hard week with ups and downs, I am thankful for everthing my life brings.

Florida Vacation

This past weekend Jeff and I enjoyed a vacation to Florida. Chuck and mom met us at the airport and we began our long weekend. We went to Daytona Beach, and some other places around the Orlando area. Sea food, sun, family and relaxation was perfect.

We are thankful for the trip!

3 Day Weekend-

3 days without work...hmmmmmm what shall we do.

I am going to RELAX!!!!! Work is really stressful right now for me, so I will not think about that place this weekend. Jeff needs a break too.

Jeff is going to the Notre Dame game today and I am going to the Zolvinski's. It's a fun start to the weekend.

OOPS- Spelling Error

Our Save the Dates arrived in the mail yesterday. They look really good, however, there is a spelling error. Invitation is spelled incorrectly. Nothing I can do about it now. They look really cute and I can't wait to send them out.

WOW--- we have been busy!

Times are changing

Well what an exciting few weeks it has been for us. Last week we enjoyed a 7 day cruise to the Eastern Caribbean. We visited places that were amazing. When we left Indiana that week the temperature was -17ish so the warm weather was a delight. Our adventures included visiting Indianapolis, Atlanta, Ft. Lauderdale, Turkes & Caicos, Puerto Rico, St. Thomas, and the Bahamas. Relaxing, Shopping, Sleeping, Eating, and Swiming were some of the things we did most.

On Wednesday evening Jeff decided to change our lives forever. After a later dinner he took me to the top of the boat where there were no worries. Little did I know what was about to happen. Words were spoken but what I remember most is this....." I don't know much about romance but I want you to be the one to teach it to me. Will you marry me?" So there we have it. After 7 years we are now going to be planning a wedding.


We have decided to create this blog so family and friends can be a part of this with us. Enjoy
